BEWARE of Athlefix

Athlefix first came to our attention in September 2022 when a number of people (now customers) contacted us asking if we were an Irish company, because they purchased and were scammed by Athlefix.ie as they never received what they bought from the website.

We honestly could not belive what we were hearing and felt terrible that Irish people were being conned by Athlefix and unfortunately, because they have an Irish domain at Athlefix.ie most people would think that they are based in Ireland, but they are not.

Athlefix continued to trade up to Christmas 2022, and scammed hundreds of people as they claimed to offer 1-2 day shipping. We submitted several complaints to Google, their domain registrars and their web hosting company and to the Irish Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (see ccpc.ie ) without any success.

Athlefix is owned by a person called Jubaid Uddin of AJ Sells based in the UK and in 2022 their “business address” in Ireland was
Glenamuck Road, The Park, Carrickmines Retail park, Dublin 18, Ireland

and now in November 2023 they claim that their business is located at
AJ Sells LTD, 77 Lower Camden Street, Dublin D02 XE80, Ireland which is clearly not true.

Athlefix closed their websites worldwide in January 2023 and reopened them again in September 2023, just in time for the Christmas season.
