We are all about making it as easy as possible to buy from our Store that is why we will NEVER charge for shipping delivery at deprogun.

SHIPPING TIME

We ship within the Island of Ireland with our shipping partner, DPD Ireland and do our very best to get your order delivered to you within 1 business day. However, sometimes there can be circumstances beyond our control which we can not be held responsible for which may very well delay the delivery of your order. If there is a delay with your order DPD Ireland will be in touch and let you know.

DPD Ireland will also send you an email with an approximate time for delivery (usually a 1 hour window) and allow you to change to another day or more suitable time. They will also allow you to request them to leave your order in a safe location. They will also text you the same information.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email from us with your tracking number once your order has shipped but please allow time for this to appear on the DPD tracking page here https://www.dpd.ie/tracking

If you have not received an email from us, please check your spam folder before getting in touch with us as the email sent from us is sent to you automatically by our system once we have shipped your order. You will find that it is more than likely there.
