Charging Issue

If your issue is to do with a massage gun not charging, please only contact us Via WhatsApp +353852285287

Please send us a short video showing us exactly the issue you are facing and we can try to advise and rectify this issue (chances are you are using the wrong charger)

What colour the LED is on the charger before the massage gun is plugged in
Then we need to see you plug the massage gun into the charger and need to see what colour does the LED on the charger change to. Thank you.
