I bought the elite gun. I have a calf issue from running training a lot so thought this might be good for recovery. I’ve used the gun 5-6 times. It’s different to a Massage but definitely helps to work out the knots, make the muscle less like a rock!. I found that the next morning after a run my legs feel much fresher having done this at recovery post run. The sound is very low, I went for the elite so I could massage calves while the family are watching tv together and it works perfectly and doesn’t bother anyone in terms of sound. Great to support an Irish company as well. The gun itself is very well made and nice personal message from the team. Arrived within 24hrs. Would recommend.

The massage gun is great for preventing and relieving pain after exercise, it also gives a fab foot massage!
